CourtVision ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, Google account identifier, display name, and profile picture (when available). CourtVision does not receive or store your Google password.

Locally Stored Analysis Data: The following data is created and stored locally on your device:

• Clips you create (timestamps, categories, outcomes)
• Video metadata (YouTube video IDs and titles)
• Custom settings (team names, categories, colors)
• Feature usage statistics

Payment Information: Payments may be processed by Duitku or Polar. CourtVision stores only limited order, plan, amount, provider reference, payment-status, and license records. We do not store your full card number, PIN, OTP, QRIS credentials, or bank-account login details.

Technical Data: We automatically collect browser type, device information, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve CourtVision services
• Process your subscription and payments
• Send you service-related communications
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our product
• Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

3. Data Storage and Security

Your clip data is stored locally on your device using browser or application storage. CourtVision does not upload or synchronize your clips to its servers. Removing the application or browser extension may remove locally stored data, so use the available export feature to create your own backup.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for account and license services, Duitku and Polar for payment processing, and YouTube for video playback
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
